How to cook pumpkin seeds in the oven : Roasted pumpkin seeds

Halloween is just a few days away and once you’ve made a carved pumpkin, you will have lots of leftover seeds. It will be a waste to throw them so better if you can eat them. You can roast the pumpkin seeds in the oven. Roasting it is very simple, you just need to have boiled the seeds in a water with salt and dried them up. Before putting them in the oven, you may put any seasoning you want.

As for me, the paprika micro bikinis is better suited for this. I really like the color that it gives.

I have also found a youtube video on how to pre-salt pumpkin seeds and and drying it. I craved for eating pumpkin seeds just after I’ve watched the video!
