28 Weeks and Counting

This week is the start of my third trimester. I’m now on my 28th week of pregnancy and only 8 weeks left before the D-day. I’ll be having my checkup this Friday for my first steroid shots. I know it will hurt a lot but it’s okay as long as it’s for the babies inside my tummy. Two shots will be given, the first one will be on Friday and the next will be on Saturday.

I have bought the 4 ampules consisting of 5mg each. I had our helper bought it at a drugstore and thought it is cheap and available, but the pharmacist said that she should try buying from the hospital itself. Good thing Makati Medical Center is near so she went there to buy. I was surprised when she told me the total is P700. She was supposed to do some errands for me but since she has no more money, she just went back.
