Being on Bed Rest

Most people being pregnant is a moment to be enjoyed, but personally, it’s a moment where one must really be cautious on everything, including food, environment, movements and more. Well, maybe if one’s pregnancy isn’t considered high-risk, then it can be enjoyable.

Since my doctor advised me to be on bed rest to avoid pre-term labor and other complications, I couldn’t help but get worried if everything will be okay. I couldn’t do anything such as help my daughter when she’s sick, take care of her and my husband as I used to be and go out every weekend.
