Philippine Eagle

The Philippine Eagle, or also known as the Monkey-eating Eagle is the country’s National Bird. It was my first time to see one when we went to Davao’s Philippine Eagle Center. The species grow up to more than 3-feet long and the one in the photo below is quite small since according to my friend, who’s working at the center, this one’s a male and males are about 10% smaller.
