My daughter was a picky eater when she was about one year old. But now, she’s two years old and she eats anything and a lot. She doesn’t go fat though because she’s very active. What she likes to eat are rice with either fish or pork and soup for lunch and dinner, then bread for breakfast and snacks with apple juice. In between, she eats a lot of fruits such as grapes, apples, watermelon and melon.
I used to give her banana but she gets constipated whenever she eats this. She also likes mangoes but she coughs and sometimes gets itchy after eating. So I stopped giving her these fruits. No candies or chocolates for her and since it eating lots of sweets can me the child very active and restless, especially at night.
