The biggest oyster I’ve seen so far is the one in Bantayan Island, Cebu. Actually that’s the place where I’ve seen clams I’ve never seen before and osyter is one of those.
The size of the oyster’s shell’s almost the size of the plate as you can see above and the meat itself is the size of a normal oyster’s shell. I can’t even eat the meat at once since I have to slice it in small parts.
The taste? It’s the same as the usual oyster.
