This has been my breakfast for the past three to four days straight. My daughter likes pancakes so instead of buying from McDonalds or Jollibee, I’ve decided to make from scratch – no sugar, egg and milk for her (I have my own version ). So her pancake is just like a waffle or lumpia wrapper but she still likes it. It took days to make it perfect. The first time, the flour didn’t rise. The second time, it was too salty but I’m glad I made it perfect the third time though it still needs some more baking soda and cream cheese to make it more fluffy.
